Protocol Marine Services Pvt Ltd, Mumbai one of the leading Freight forwarding and customs clearance agency has been awarded the ISO 9001-2000 certificate by JAS-ANZ New Zealand.

Mr.Amrut Shah the Chairman and Managing Director of Sundaram Multipap Ltd, the first customer of Protocol handed over the certificate which was accepted by Mr.D.C.Dev the Managing Director and Mr. Freddy Mendonca the Executive Director of the company. He congratulated the Management and the staff for having successfully got the accreditation by complying with the stringent standards of the ISO process. Meantime Mr.D.C.Dev, handed over the "Best Customer Award" trophy to Mr.Amrut shah, the company with Protocol since inception.

The company policy is to provide services to the satisfaction of their customers while continuously effecting improvement in the system and personnel in a structured and planned manner. The company also created a web site www.protocolmarine.com

The company was started as a partnership firm in the year 2000 and later it became a Private Limited company 2001 It is the vision and dynamism of the young entrepreneur Mr.D.C.Dev that took the company to a great height never looking back but marching ahead with result oriented goals and objectives.

The company’s Managing Director Mr.D.C.Dev stresses upon the need to provide services as per International standards with customer satisfaction. He said we have just begun and a long way to go in the journey of line of our activities in providing time bound effective services for which he has several plans in mind. For him it is nothing but belonging where we belong and doing what we need to do without any if and buts but just do it.

To commemorate this occasion the company organized a get-together on Saturday the 8th of April, 2006 at ‘UNCLES KITCHEN" at Khopoli the ideal place for meetings and seminars, away from the routine. It was a day to remember since there was complete participation and a sense of belonging on the part of staff, friends and well wishers.
